FREE WEBSITE DESIGN – Option 1
- Eligibility: This offer is available exclusively to students, startups and new businesses as defined by Nicada Digital.
- Offer Details: The free website design includes page design for up to 7 pages, customizable templates, responsive design, and an easy-to-use interface. Additional services may incur fees.
- Monthly Fees: A monthly fee of £50 applies for hosting, maintenance, and security post-launch to ensure website performance and security.
- Content Provision: Clients are responsible for providing all necessary content (text, images, etc.) as per Nicada Digital’s requirements.
- Waiting List: Due to high demand, a waiting list system is in place. Placement on the waiting list does not guarantee service provision.
- Ownership and Hosting: While clients fully own the website upon completion, hosting services are provided exclusively by Nicada Digital for a minimum period of three years to ensure optimal performance and security.
- Minimum Hosting Period: A minimum hosting commitment of three years is required, amounting to a total hosting fee of £1800, payable according to the agreed payment schedule.
- Transfer Charge: If the client wishes to transfer hosting services to another provider within the minimum hosting period, a transfer fee of £1800 will be applied. This fee is in recognition of the initial value provided at a discounted or promotional rate under the understanding of a long-term hosting relationship.
- Transfer Process: Post the minimum hosting period, clients can opt to transfer their website to another host without incurring the transfer charge, provided all due payments have been settled.
- Cancellation Policy: This agreement may be terminated by either party with written notice. However, the Minimum Hosting Period obligation will remain in effect, and any fees associated with this period must still be fulfilled by the client. This ensures that even in the event of cancellation, the terms agreed upon regarding hosting duration and associated costs are respected and upheld.
- Changes to Terms: Nicada Digital reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
- Limitation of Liability: Nicada Digital shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the service provided.
- Governing Law: These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where Nicada Digital operates.
